Access Israel aims to improve the quality of life of people with disabilities in Israel. Founded by Air Force Lieutenant-Colonel Yuval Wagner-himself a quadriplegic after a helicopter crash-the organization works to improve access to buildings, restaurants, event halls, and public transportation, as well as to enhance the employment and leisure opportunities available to its constituents. Natan's grant supported a project to promote the integration of people with disabilities into the workforce.

The program included a public awareness campaign directed at employers and job-seekers with disabilities, a comprehensive Web site for people with disabilities including legal information and job listings, and collaboration with various organizations that could assist with job placement.
