Unistream
Founded in 2001 by Israeli high-tech entrepreneur Rony Zarom, Unistream creates opportunities for outstanding Israeli youth in underprivileged communities to learn business and leadership skills and social responsibility. Each year, a new cohort of twenty-five 10th-graders begins the three-year program at one of nine Unistream's centers around Israel, where they learn how to create and operate their own businesses and community service projects. Unistream's centers also serve as study and computer centers, and as sites for tutoring, lectures, and mentoring by Unistream's staff and team of volunteers. In 2008-9, Natan has doubled its grant so as to continue to support the Unistream center in Ma'alot-Tarshicha, as well as to help develop a tenth Unistream center, to be located in the Negev. 
Unistream is developing a cadre of socially-conscious business leaders, preparing them to engage with the challenges of the business and high-tech sectors, while also promoting values of democracy, equality, and community service.
