Tsofen - High-technology Centers
Tsofen's mission is to advance equal opportunities for Arab citizens of Israel by accelerating their employment in the Israeli high-tech industry.
Founded in 2007 by Sami Saadi, Yossi Coten and Smadar Nehab, Tsofen plans to open Arab-Jewish software R&D centers in the Galilee to provide software development services to Israeli companies. The centers will model the type of positive Arab-Jewish integration in the workplace that is necessary for bridging gaps and minimizing economic and social inequality between the two groups. Natan's grant will provide general operating support for Tsofen.
