Kav Hazinuk
Kav Hazinuk was founded in 2002 by a group of academics, businessmen and educators, who were united in their determination to find an innovative solution to two of Israel's main challenges: the increasing number of Israelis living below the poverty line and the need to develop visionary leaders for the country.
In the process, they improve conditions for themselves, their families, and their entire communities. Currently 200 youth from 44 communities participate in the program. Natan's grant supports Kav Hazinuk's program in the Negev.

Kav Hazinuk applies a long-term approach that nurtures high-potential youth from disadvantaged areas for a period of ten years, providing them with the business and leadership tools to become tomorrow's decision makers.
