Misdar Dorshei Tov

Misdar Dorshei Tov is the non-profit association for veterans of Israel's elite counter-terrorism unit, Sayeret Matkal.

The Misdar supports its members through university scholarships that require recipients to perform community service each week. In this way, the Misdar capitalizes on the enormous potential of its members to benefit Israeli society through protecting the environment, reducing social gaps, promoting equal opportunities for all Israelis, and enhancing the relationship between the Diaspora and the State of Israel.

In 2008, Natan's board discretionary grant will be supporting university scholarships for Misdar members as well as enabling the Misdar to hire its first part-time, paid administrator.
