Moving Traditions

Moving Traditions helps women and men, boys and girls to engage more deeply with Judaism. Natan has supported its signature program, Rosh Hodesh: It's a Girl Thing!, which is a multi-year, monthly celebration of the ancient New Moon holiday for pre-teen and teenage girls (grades 6-12) that builds self-esteem, leadership skills, and Jewish identity.

In 2008, Natan began to support a new research and action campaign entitled "Where Have all the Young Men Gone?," which will develop initiatives to re-engage adolescent boys in Jewish life.
